01 Jun Case Study Sydney Great Hall CGI
In this case study, we show how we created 5 CGI to help demonstrate the new lighting design of the renown Sydney Great hall. The client provided a Revit model with a prepared faro laser scan point cloud. We, here at Fat Sumo, then used Revit model to export an FBX model. We could then use this in 3D max and render it in Corona which would deliver the final result.
The key points of this job were that we had to look up the lux values of the light fixtures and we also had to work on preparing the Revit model so we could import this into 3D Max. All in all, this job was a success and we are proud of the results that we and the client achieved. It is this high standard of service that enables us to surpass the needs of our clients and we are always happy to work with you to know and understand your particular requirements before the job is started.
